This is an excellent learning opportunity to explore the challenges and inter-relatedness between leadership and followership within and between groups and organisations. The conference directorate includes Maxine Dennis (Director), Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Psychoanalyst, Shankarnarayan Srinath (Associate Director), Consultant Psychiatrist in Psychotherapy and Organisational Consultant, and Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist, Rajni Sharma (Administrator). All the staff bring considerable organisational and clinical experience.
