Number of UK war veterans seeking help for mental health issues on the rise

One-fifth of all veterans are likely to need help for some form of mental illness and it can take more than a decade before symptoms present themselves. There is growing pressure and a real requirement for services to meet veterans mental health needs and offer them effective, specialist support.
