We believe that to meet the ambitions of our population and contribute to a progressive and healthy society we have to work together in new ways, have different conversations and importantly, have difference in the conversation.
We are interested to hear your stories, learn from you and understand the conditions that enable you to connect, collaborate, co-create – however you think about working together - both within and across traditional organisational boundaries.
It is vital that we hear from as many different people, from as many different sectors as possible so that we can translate that knowledge into creating the conditions for inclusive and diverse communities to thrive. We are interested not only in professional participation, but in citizens’ experiences of community.
The NHS NWLA are therefore delighted to work with Sea Salt Learning, supported by North West Employers, to learn more about the conditions for communities to emerge, evolve, and continue to exist for as long as they are needed for the benefit of our citizens. Our findings will then inform a series of community-building activities across the system in the New Year.
The first phase of this work is to hear about your experiences!
