Promoting Excellence In Psychological Health & Wellbeing

Extended Deadline for the New Savoy Conference/British Psychological Society Workforce Wellbeing Survey - Sunday 18th February

13 Feb 18

Two initiatives have been launched by a partnership project between the New Savoy Partnership and Division of Clinical Psychology to promote importance of workforce wellbeing: Staff Wellbeing & Resilience Charter and Collaborative Learning Network (CLAN). This collaboration has also delivered an Annual Workforce Wellbeing Survey since 2014.

The current Wellbeing Survey seeks to measure psychological services’ staff wellbeing in 2017-18. Following three years of the joint DCP and New Savoy Partnership Workforce Wellbeing Survey, the survey has been reconstructed through work conducted at Cardiff University.

The survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and assesses three key areas:

(1) Demographic and background information
(2) Workplace wellbeing
(3) General wellbeing.

All responses are anonymous unless you wish otherwise. Results from this survey may be published as original research. However, no individuals will be personally identifiable. Further information is contained within the survey. We encourage you to complete the survey and to share this within your professional networks. The closing date is Sunday 18th February 2018.

Results will be presented at the 11th New Savoy Conference for Psychological Therapies in London, March 21st & 22nd 2018.
