Experience and Engagement Network Events

The Experience and Engagement Network was launched in February and meets quarterly. The agendas are set around the feedback from attendees and towards the overall aim of the AQuA programme for 2014/15: "To demonstrate how people's participation in quality improvement activity can improve the experience of care for AQuA members and customers by March 2015".The audience is mainly staff with lead responsibility for experience and/or engagement within their member organisation with colleagues from Healthwatch also invited to attend. Any patients/service users/lay member/governors from organisations are welcome to register and join the network.
