On Monday 25th July we held our first online Community of practice for Aspiring Psychological Professionals. Huge thanks to everyone for attending.
We received some lovely feedback from attendees, we think this group has enormous potential to support and nurture one another;; we are really looking forward to helping you thrive.
"I just wanted to say thank you for the meeting last night, it was good to hear other people’s experiences and know I’m not the only person finding training difficult and complicated." (attendee feedback)
We are keen that this group includes representation from all aspiring psychological professionals. It was great to hear from members of the group who are working in a clinical research practitioner role and others currently undertaking HIT training. This mix of professional interests across psychological professionals is exactly what we want to see.
During the meeting, we asked for volunteers to be part of the steering group. We are delighted to have had so many expressions of interest already, but please get in touch at
If you couldn't make our first meeting it's not too late to join, please get in touch and watch out for the date of our next meeting on our website and Twitter page Psychological Professions Network: East of England (@PPNEast) / Twitter
And if you haven't already done so, join us! It’s FREE to be a member of the East of England PPN PPN - How To Become a Member.
We look forward to hearing from you!
