We are holding our inaugural meeting of the East of England Psychological Professions Network (PPN) on Friday, 12th March 2021 at 10am.

We will be joined by the following:

Adrian Whittington - National Lead for Psychological Professions, NHSE/I and HEE, IAPT National Clinical Advisor: Education

Gita Bhutani -  National Development Lead, Psychological Professions Network England, Co-Chair of PPN England, Chair of NW PPN

Graham Seward – Workforce Transformation Manager, HEE, East of England

Helen Hardy – Regional Head of Mental Health, Clinical Networks and Transformation, NHSE/I East of England

We will hold the meeting on Microsoft Teams, to enable as many to attend as possible from across the East of England. Together with mental health professionals and other stakeholders, we invite you to help shape the future of our regional network by sharing your valuable opinions and expertise.

We are very interested in your vision for our regional PPN, the actions the network can take to support the psychological professions, workforce development and service excellence, both regionally and nationally, as well as strategies to monitor progress.

During the meeting, we will hold three discussion groups that will focus on:

  • workforce development
  • a unified voice for psychological professions
  • achieving service excellence

Please choose the meeting that most suits your areas of interest. We hope that these meetings will provide a good opportunity for everyone to voice ideas, to share experiences and to initiate or extend meaningful conversations to foster joint endeavour and positive change.

Please confirm your attendance and the discussion group you would like to be part of by emailing us at  before Wednesday 10th March 2021, 12pm.

If you are unable to attend this event, but would like to be on the mailing list for future events, you can email us on

Future website developments to follow.
