Are you a qualified or nearly qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP), Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner, or Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner looking for their next job role? Our Wellbeing and Resilience Mental Health Service (WARMS) is a well-established, empowering and approachable service based in North East Essex offering non-judgmental and inclusive support in a timely and effective manner. We work ethically and collaboratively with young people, parents and schools inspiring them to work towards their goals, develop more positive mental health and celebrate their uniqueness.

We are committed to ongoing employee supervision, training and development and making sure our EMHP’s develop into the clinicians they envisaged when they started their course. Whether that is delivering interventions, running groups, delivering workshops or offering staff training, no two days are ever the same and we make sure the job is varied and interesting. We are also committed to career progression within the service – this role is only vacant due to promotion within our team.
