What is an Aspiring Psychologist?
An Aspiring psychologist is an individual who aspires to train for a role within one of the group of Psychologists working in NHS commissioned healthcare (PPN - Career map for the Psychological Professions).
About Us
The Aspiring Psychologist Community of Practice (AP CoP) is a safe forum where Aspiring Psychologists can share their collective and individual knowledge/skills. The focus is on clinical, professional and workforce issues and will provide a space for Aspiring Psychologists to reflect on their work in the NHS and the journey to qualified Psychologist training routes.
A strategic voice is also provided at Workforce Council meetings and other regional meetings and forums, as well as ensuring the opportunity to contribute to any relevant consultations, policy, service and training developments.
