First Committee Meeting

On Friday 21st June 2024, the Aspiring Psychologist Community of Practice (AP CoP) had their first committee meeting to establish Terms of Reference, Work Plans and membership offering moving forward.

The committee spoke about the Assistant Psychologist role,  how this can be perceived in some services, from people feeling valued to some assistants feeling undervalued and overworked and how the Community of Practice could offer a supportive network around these workforce issues. 

The Committee started planning the AP CoP launch event, designed to involve members in the building of the Community of Practice.
