PP Week 2024 Programme

Come and join PPN Midlands to hear more about innovation with Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioners (MHWP) in specialised settings. Dr Luke Mitcheson and Dr Sarah Stacey will share insights into the implementation of MHWPs within community drug and alcohol treatment settings. Debbie Hart and Karina Cichocka, MHWPs working in these roles, will provide an inside look at their day-to-day responsibilities and how their role has enriched the Multi-Disciplinary Team. The session will also touch on a pilot programme across some of Inclusion's Prison Healthcare Teams, and explore future opportunities for MHWPs to be piloted in other specialised settings.
