UpLift Studies: Invitation to Research Webinar on Occupational Burnout and Wellbeing

24 Oct 22

Occupational burnout affects around 10-30% of healthcare staff, and studies have found this to increase beyond 50% during the COVID-19 pandemic. To respond to this challenge, the Psychological Health Observatory and industry partners at MindLife developed and offered digital health interventions to over 500 NHS staff who were involved in two clinical trials. UpLift Trial 1 offered two types of interventions (CBT, Job Crafting) to clinical and administrative staff. UpLift Trial 2 offered the Job Crafting intervention to psychological therapists working in IAPT services. These studies were conducted during the pandemic situation in 2020-2021.

On behalf of the UpLift Trials research group, I am writing to invite you to participate in a free online webinar, where we will present and discuss the findings of these studies.

Date & time: Friday 11 November 2022, 9:00-10:00am
