‘Ready Now’ Programme for Senior Leaders who are from a BME background

The Ready Now leadership programme, currently recruiting to its third cohort, takes senior leaders from BME backgrounds on a transformational learning journey, helping participants to realise their potential and take the next step into a more senior role, the boardroom and beyond. Recent research, ‘The snowy white peaks of the NHS’ (Kline, 2014), reinforces the need for us to work together in order to harness talent, in all its diverse forms, to create health and wellbeing services that successfully meet the needs of the population it serves.

Eligibility: Applications welcome from senior leaders (Band 8a, or clinical equivalent, and above) who are from a BME background
