Psychology Leadership and the Healthcare Leadership Model

A significant outcome of this work was the creation of Applied Psychology Leadership Profiles which mapped the NHS Healthcare Leadership Model to the job grades of applied psychologists, from trainees to professional leads.

Interviews with operational colleagues and other clinical professions led to development of this resource which shows the day to day behaviours that ‘stand out psychology leaders’ are seen as demonstrating.
