Peer 2 Peer Coaching Skills Programme

Last year NHS Research & Development North West piloted a Peer 2 Peer coaching programme for NHS based researchers. They are running the programme again this year and opening it up to members of Trust based R&D teams who are in positions of holding coaching conversations with clinical researchers and colleagues.
