IAPT Bank HIT/PWP/Counsellors Recruitment
In recent weeks Lancashire Women’s Centres have received funding from Lancashire CCGs to recruit bank workers to work in NHS teams/settings and third sector organisations.
They are looking to recruit HIT workers and PWP’s mainly and Counsellors who have experience in IAPT – Counselling for Depression.
Over the next few months they hope that this project will develop in line with local trusts moving away from using employment agencies when looking for temporary staff, creating a more sustainable way of recruiting suitably qualified staff.
