Replacing the AIM+ programme the Improvement Practitioner programme is designed to be the next step for managers, clinicians and front-line staff who consider themselves to be already at novice level with a fundamental or basic knowledge of improvement science and wish to further develop their knowledge.
As a Level 2 Academy programme it seeks to bridge the gap between the Introduction to Improvement programme (formerly AIM) and the Level 3 Advanced Improvement Practitioner programme.
Sessions are designed so participants can pick and choose topics which support their individual requirements. Attendees can complete the Improvement Practitioner certification or take standalone modules according to their requirements. To become an AQuA certified Improvement Practitioner, attendees need to attend all 3 of the core modules and 1 of the optional modules.

Dates and venues for some of the events are still being finalised, but please take a look at the modules on offer and register for any that catch your eye, as an AQuA member attendance is free.
