East of England Psychological Professions Vacancy

The service provides support to individuals who are struggling to thrive due to a mental health difficulty and/or a dementia. The MDT strives to understand the person within the context of their informal/formal support networks and psychological interventions are tailored accordingly.

You will work as part of the older persons multidisciplinary community team based in Stowmarket, east Suffolk. Medical colleagues are supportive and welcoming of psychological ways of working. Connections/joint working with psychologists and psychological practitioners across the older adult pathway are frequent and grounded in compassionate and supportive professional relationships.
