Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner Clinical Supervisor/s Required Urgently
Norfolk & Waveney (based at Ormiston Families)
We are ideally looking for someone from June to August / September 2022 (with a possibility of extension), (while we advertise for a replacement).
1-3 hours per week minimum per trainee (although hours can be varied depending on the amount of time that can be offered, and working arrangements are flexible). The service is open to discussion around pay dependent upon experience and qualifications.
We are urgently seeking expressions of interest for clinical supervisors that might be able to offer clinical supervision to 7 children’s wellbeing practitioner (CWP) trainees.
These trainees are being trained to work with mild-moderate common MH difficulties in under 18-year-olds, mainly using CBT-informed low intensity approaches for low mood, anxiety, and common behavioral difficulties. You will ideally have 2 years of experience in offering supervision and experience working with children and/or young people with mental health difficulties. You will ideally have used and have a good knowledge of low-intensity CBT approaches and/or trained in CBT or have a core profession with experience working in CYP mental health. You might also have had experiences as a senior CWP or senior PWP.
