Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) Supervisor/Service Development Lead, Ormiston Families
This is an exciting opportunity to work in children’s and young people’s mental health services across the Norfolk and Waveney Health and Care Partnership from within Ormiston Families. We are looking to recruit at least equivalent to 2.0 WTE posts, with the flexibility for this to be across part time hours depending on the preferences of successful candidates. Candidates will also be given the opportunity for blended working. These roles will provide intensive supervision, clinical and line management to systemwide Children’s Wellbeing Practitioners (CWPs). The CWPs are undertaking a Postgraduate Certificate in Child and Young Persons Psychological Wellbeing Practice and the successful candidates will be expected to support the CWPs in relation to their learning and development. The post holders will also contribute to the strategic development of the Norfolk and Waveney CWP service. This includes effective engagement with a range of agencies and partners.

Mental Health Support Teams in Schools – Senior Therapist, Ormiston Families
Mental Health Support Teams in Schools is a government initiative to support children and young people at the earliest opportunity by developing mentally healthy schools. Ormiston Families works in partnership with the Norfolk and Waveney Health and Care Partnership to deliver evidence-based interventions across a group of schools.
The post of Senior Therapist is responsible for the clinical supervision and caseload management of Trainee and Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners (EMHP) in the Mental Health Support Teams in Schools (MHSTs). The team is expected to have 4 Trainee Education Mental Health Practitioners, based in either King’s Lynn, Norwich, Lowestoft or Breckland (you will need to confirm which location in your application). This is a fast-developing service and it is expected that there will be continued investment in this area over the next five years.
This post comes with a mandatory 1-year parallel supervisor training at the University of East Anglia.

Qualified Educational Mental Health Practitioner/Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner, Ormiston Families
Mental Health Support Teams in Schools (MHSTS) is a government initiative to support children and young people at the earliest opportunity by developing mentally health schools. Ormiston Families works in partnership with the Norfolk and Waveney Health and Care Partnership to deliver evidence-based interventions across a group of schools.
The role will deliver low intensity, CBT-informed interventions with children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, as part of a whole school approach to improving children and young people’s mental health. You will be part of a Team based in King’s Lynn or Breckland (please confirm location when applying).
Working alongside school staff, you will develop a positive culture which allows children and young people to talk about their mental health without fear of being stigmatized and develop a whole school approach to educating pupils positive steps to stay mentally well and recognize when support is needed.

Mental Health Support Teams in Schools (MHSTs) is a government initiative to support children and young people at the earliest opportunity by developing mentally healthy schools. Ormiston Families - MHSTs works in partnership with the Norfolk and Waveney Health and Care Partnership to deliver evidence-based interventions across a group of schools.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Team leader with a background in child and adolescent mental health to provide clinical and management oversight for the mobilisation and implementation of one of the multi-disciplinary MHSTs in Norfolk and Waveney (please confirm location - Norwich or South Norfolk when applying). 
You will provide clinical and management of one of the MHSTs, develop referral and care pathways and embed evidence-based outcome measurements.  Working in partnership with the Clinical and Operational Leads, who will provide operational and strategic support, to ensure that children and young people are provided with an effective service.
