Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) Supervisor/Service Development Lead, Ormiston Families
This is an exciting opportunity to work in children’s and young people’s mental health services across the Norfolk and Waveney Health and Care Partnership from within Ormiston Families. We are looking to recruit at least equivalent to 2.0 WTE posts, with the flexibility for this to be across part time hours depending on the preferences of successful candidates. Candidates will also be given the opportunity for blended working. These roles will provide intensive supervision, clinical and line management to systemwide Children’s Wellbeing Practitioners (CWPs). The CWPs are undertaking a Postgraduate Certificate in Child and Young Persons Psychological Wellbeing Practice and the successful candidates will be expected to support the CWPs in relation to their learning and development. The post holders will also contribute to the strategic development of the Norfolk and Waveney CWP service. This includes effective engagement with a range of agencies and partners.

Recruit to Train Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Young Person IAPT Therapy: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Ormiston Families
Ormiston Families Children and Young People’s Mental Health Service are excited to offer the opportunity to apply for a Trainee Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Postgraduate Diploma post to join our team in supporting children and young people. We are offering a full-time permanent post with a salary starting at £34,478 rising to £38,609 on successful completion of your training year and qualification (Post-Graduate Diploma), plus registration with the accrediting body. The role will be based at the Norwich Hub, with a blend of remote working and working out in the community across Norfolk & Waveney. This is a training role within the Children and Young People’ Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT) through Kings College London. The post-holder will work within a CYP mental health service delivering, under supervision, high-quality; brief outcome focused evidence-based interventions. Improving your CBT skills will position you to offer evidence-based therapy within our service.
