The growing impact of Clinical Associates in Psychology across the East of England - case studies and discussion to support planning in 2025 and beyond

Join us as we showcase the Clinical Associate in Psychology role and its impact across services in the East of England. Over the past five years, this valuable role has spread across the whole region and apprentice CAPs have trained, qualified and are now working in a range of services.

Hear from employers, training providers and CAPS themselves about the difference that CAPs are making to service delivery, patient care and experience and consider how CAPs could make a difference in your services as you plan for 2025 and beyond.

After a brief introduction, a number of case studies will illustrate the impactful practice of CAPs. This will be followed by a panel discussion to develop thinking further, picking up some of the themes of the presentations and questions from those attending.

Who is this session for? This online session will be of interest to psychologists, MDT clinicians, team leaders, managers and service providers, and commissioners involved in service planning and delivery.
